Give your workers the confidence in knowing they have only one thing to worry about: the job at hand.
Merit NS got its start from a handful of contractors with a vision to make the construction industry better for workers. A couple of decades later, Merit Nova Scotia is the provincial voice of open shop construction and an innovator in human resources. Whether you’re a company of 5 or 5000, Merit Nova Scotia has you covered.
As a member of Merit, you’ll be stronger and more supported. Your benefits will work harder and your programs more efficiently. Merit can make open shop construction better for you and your workers than ever before.
“Merit is an industry leader that provides incredible benefits for our employees and isn’t afraid to stand up on behalf of the open shop. They are business focused, committed to their members and always provide opportunities for open shop contractors to grow and build relationships in the construction industry. We couldn’t be happier with the service Merit provides.” – Tim Jones, T.J’s Electric
