If you wish to also enroll eligible family members; we require their first and last name, personal contact phone number, and their relationship to you.

***Please note barcodes can sometimes be finicky and not scan at the checkout. You may find the same barcode to work at one store one day, and then at another store or on another day find that it does not. Our investigation into the issue indicates that if you encounter this problem, please point out to the Sales Associate that the Mark’s account number is printed above the barcode. They can manually input that account number into their system to provide your discount. There is also a list kept at the cash and under the name of “MERIT” there is a code they can use in order to bring up and apply the discount. If there are any concerns while shopping at Mark’s, please have the store call Mark’s Commercial at 1.855.592.7444.
